ADLER Real Estate AG, Frankfurt/M. (ISINDE0005008007) takes over all shares in a holding company which holds sharesin three residential real estate portfolios in six federal states. Withthis transaction ADLER secures full influence on the management of theholdings with its 1,906 residential and commercial units. Closing of thetransaction is planned for the next weeks. By the end of October 2013 thecompany held an indirect stake of 52.8 percent in the portfolios.The portfolios consist of 1,769 apartments and 137 commercial units withtotal living and usable space of 113,526 square meters. The properties inthe portfolios are divided among 6 federal states: Schleswig-Holstein,Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, Saxony, Thuringia, North-Rhine Westphaliaand Rhineland-Palatinate.
