CONSUS Real Estate AG appoints Andreas Steyer as COO to the Executive Board

Berlin, 28 December 2017 – The Supervisory Board of CONSUS Real Estate AG (“CONSUS”, ISIN DE000A2DA414) has appointed Andreas Steyer as COO to the Executive Board with effect from
1 January 2018. Steyer has many years of expert knowledge in the real estate sector, including in listed companies. He was, amongst other things, CEO of DEMIRE Deutsche Mittelstand Real Estate AG, Managing Director of Deka Immobilien Investment GmbH und Partner at Ernst & Young Real Estate as well as Arthur Andersen Real Estate. As COO of CONSUS Steyer is in charge of property management, the future inhouse asset management and real estate strategy.
