Boris Hardi is dismissed as board member of the CONSUS Commercial Property AG with immediate effect

Leipzig, August 10th, 2017 – The CONSUS Commercial Property AG (“CONSUS”, ISIN DE000A2DA414) Supervisory Board has relieved Board Member Boris Hardi of his duties with immediate effect. It is planned to strengthen the Management Board with a top class manager within the near future. Until then, Stanley Bronisz, CONSUS CEO will take over Hardi’s departmental responsibilities. The development and expansion of the company will continue to grow dynamically.
