Berlin, January 23, 2018 - ADO Properties S.A. announces that Mr. Yaron Karisi has stepped down as a member of the board of directors of ADO Properties S.A. as of December 30, 2017.

On January 22, 2018 the board of directors appointed Mr. Yuval Dagim as a member of the board of directors with immediate effect. Yuval Dagim has taken over the position as the CEO of Shikun & Binui, Israel, after the end of Yaron Karisis term. Yuval Dagim will initially be a member of the board of directors until the annual general meeting in 2018. Yaron Karisi was a member of the board of directors of ADO Properties S.A. since 2015.

Yuval Dagim (55) has vast leadership experience in global businesses in the industrial and the infrastructure sector. His previous positions include Managing Director of Quarry Products at Hanson in Britain, where he gained extensive experience in the field of construction materials. He also served as Managing Director at Kimberly Clark Israel, and as Managing Director at Kimberly Clark Australia and New Zealand.
