Adler Group S.A. comprises numerous individual companies that are fully consolidated in the consolidated financial statements. ADLER Real Estate AG continues to exist as an independent subgroup. The same applies to Brack Capital Properties N.V., of which Adler Real Estate AG acquired almost 70 percent of the shares in April 2018. Since December 2020, the Adler Group has held approximately 94% in the project developer Consus Real Estate AG.
Property management for the Adler Group are combined in ADLER Wohnen Service GmbH and Adler Immobilien Management GmbH. BCP manage their portfolios on their own.
