Since 2022, the Adler Group's Sustainability Report was merged with the Annual Report to form an integrated report for the first time.

The report is aimed at stakeholders such as business partners, shareholders, tenants and employees - but also at all other interest groups who would like to find out more about the values and principles of the Adler Group. With the Sustainability Report, the Adler Group provides insights into the Group's business model, its orientation and the way in which the Group deals with the aspects of employees, society, the environment, human rights and anti-corruption.

When creating the report, Adler Group based itself on the reporting criteria for sustainability reports of the European Public Real Estate Association (EPRA). 

For FY 2024, sustainability report has been prepared in accordance with the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) of the European Union, even though this directive had not yet been transposed into Luxembourg law at the time of reporting. Adler Group is thus anticipating a reporting obligation based on the requirements of the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS) that is expected to apply from 2025. Reference to these standards is made in brackets where applicable. At the same time, the report contains all the information that must be taken into account in accordance with the applicable sustainability reporting regulations.
