From FY 2025 onwards, Adler Group is no longer subject to a regulatory obligation to publish a standalone Sustainability Report and will therefore discontinue its publication. Previously issued reports remain available below for reference.

Until FY 2024, Adler Group provided comprehensive sustainability disclosures, initially through a dedicated Sustainability Report and, since 2022, as part of an integrated Annual Report. These publications were designed for a broad range of stakeholders, including business partners, shareholders, tenants, employees, and the wider public, and offered transparency on the Group’s business model, strategic direction, and approach to key topics such as employees, society, environmental responsibility, human rights, and anti-corruption.

The reports were prepared in line with the sustainability reporting guidelines of the European Public Real Estate Association (EPRA). For FY 2024, Adler Group aligned its disclosures with the EU Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), anticipating future regulatory requirements under the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS), even though these had not yet been transposed into Luxembourg law at the time.
